Theatre Express is a new concept on the Costa Blanca designed to provide a full training in the three major performance disciplines of drama, dance and singing. This part-time stage school is for all young people with an interest in the performing arts whatever their ability, but for those with talent the training can provide an excellent starting point for a professional career. All students will benefit from the opportunity to develop their confidence, physical co-ordination and communication skills. The Express Studio will provide a safe and fun learning environment with facilities for social activities when not in class. |
| Concept Theatre Express offers children and teenagers between 4-16 the opportunity to train in the three major performance disciplines of drama, dance and singing, taught by specialist teachers. Each child trains for three hours per week, during term time but out of school hours. Under the umbrella of Express will be fitness classes for adults during the daytime and language classes in Spanish and English. |

| History Theatre Express is a progression of the work of the founder of Timeworks Theatre Company, established in 1995 in Javea. Suzanne Bradley was the first in the region to offer theatrical training for young people and give them the opportunity to perform and develop acting skills .To meet the increasing demand for theatrical training in this area, she has formed a partnership with Louise Dearden and Marie Wood and rented a prime site as a studio. Aims and Objectives We are dedicated to providing quality education in the performing arts in a safe and enjoyable environment. In addition to preparing students for a performing career, Theatre Express is equally beneficial in developing confidence, articulation, communication skills,whilst encouraging creativity and stretching the imagination. |
