There are a number of International insurance Companies that cater for all aspects of household and contents cover from the very basic to the all risk policies that include accidental damage, third party liability, rental cover, storm damage, burst pipes, new for old and third party liability for dogs can often be covered by these household policies. These household policies usually require a single annual payment, are in English and can normally be transferred from one property to another.

Car Insurance policies change with the times and prices fluctuate, usually upwards. We have a variety that cater for most vehicles from the small Ligier Ambras, which do not require a driving license, to most foreign registered vehicles, motorcycles, mopeds, campers, caravans, 4 wheel drives, trailers, people carriers, Mercedes etc.

It is now mandatory that all boats and yachts have a minimum of third party liability in Spain. We offer cover from the minimum third party liability cover to fully comprehensive cover with local Spanish companies or from Lloyds underwriters. Foreign registered boats and trailers may also be covered. Cover can be varied to suit your requirements.

One of the main advantages of their International policy is that it provides an International modular system that can be tailored to suit your own needs and will cover medical expenses up to 1.000.000 pounds anywhere in the world. Their European policy is a basic non-modular system that will cover up to 300.000 pounds and the premiums are based on your age and medical history. We also cater for the very basic local medical policies, which provide minimum cover, for the budget conscious, that are ideal for the provision of residence permits.

Worldwide Travel Insurance providing cover for whenever and wherever you want to travel, policies are in English and can be paid in Sterling or by Visa.

Dragon Insurance provides a special Plan 4 Pets policy specifically designed for Spain. This covers, veterinary bills, boarding kennel fees. An advertising and reward scheme in the event that your pet is lost or stolen, an accidental death benefit, an optional third party liability cover and travelcare cover within Europe.

Resident and non-resident mortgages are available from most of the local and International Banks and some allow for mortgages up to 80% of the property valuation over a period of 20 years. Interest rates vary but arrangements can be made to accommodate fixed interest charges for a short initial period.
